What we do?
We physically walk your property and pick-up any doody around on a monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, or just one-time bid. We do however recommend service at least once a week, given that most dogs will deposit twice daily.

Do I need to sign a contract?
Not at all! You can stop service at any time.

When do you service and do I have to be home for my yard to be serviced?
We service schedule customized for your needs and No, you don't have to be home as long as we have access to your yard, we can scoop whether you are there or not. We will let you know we scooped by placing a "yard poop-free" card on your front door.

How do you dispose of the doody?
All waste is double bagged and placed in trash for your convinience, if that's not possible or desired, we haul it away for you.

What benefits do I get by having your service?
Many types of bacteria, parasites, viruses, and diseases are found in dog waste. For example, animal waste may contain harmful organisms such as Salmonella, E-coli, & Giardia that can be transmitted to humans or other pets. Roundworms and hookworms can be deposited by an infected pet and can live in the soil for a long period of time. Rain water carries pet waste directly into waterways. People and pets could inadvertently step in the waste and transfer it into your home or car.

Do I need to tie up my dog when you service my yard?
No, unless you know your dog is known to not be friendly.

How do I start up service?
It's easy to start up service. In most instances, all it takes is a phone call or an e-mail and a few minutes later... you're ready to go.

Is it sanitary?
We use various anti-microbial solutions to sanitize our equipment in order to deter potential cross-contamination. We can also notify you if there are any unusual objects in your dog’s stool.

How do I pay?
All of our services are on a prepay basis. Initial and one-time visits are due at the time of service. For regular service, we send you an invoice on the 15th of each month for the following month. The invoice is due by the 1st of the following month.

What happens in inclement weather?
We will always do our best to service you on your scheduled day, however, in the interest of safety, we will not provide service during an extreme rainstorm or when there is lightening. We will service your yard the next day, weather permitting.

Do you work holidays?
We observe the following holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
If your scheduled day of service falls on one of these days, we will service you either the day before or the day after the holiday. Should you not need service at all that week, please contact us and we will omit you from the schedule.
